Room Booking Request

Sponsor-Mediated Booking Only

In accordance with KSoM guesthouse regulations, guests are not permitted to reserve rooms directly.

To request accommodation at the KSoM Guesthouse:

  1. Send an email to your KSoM sponsor, coordinator, supervisor, or host faculty member.
  2. Include your requested dates of stay, room type preference (single/double/suite), AC preference, and purpose of visit.
  3. Your KSoM sponsor will log in to this portal using their G-Suite credentials to file the official booking request.
  4. Upon approval and allotment by the Admin, a confirmation reference will be sent to your sponsor.
